Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and we email you a confirmation. Prices and stock are validated on our servers at the moment of checkout, so the amount charged is always the current listed price.
Handloom variation
Slubs, small irregularities and slight colour differences are inherent to handwoven cloth and are not defects. Screen colours also vary between devices.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order before it is marked shipped, directly from your account page, for a full refund to the original payment method.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
